• Schools must pay a registration fee of Rp. 400.000 to be recognized as participants in the SCB Cup Basketball Tournament, along with an additional walkout fee of Rp. 100.000.
• There are two categories of tournaments;
• Middle School - Boys
• Middle School - Girls
• High School - Boys
• High School - Girls
• Schools must submit a team consisting of at least 7 players and a maximum of 13 players, with only 1 coach and 1 accompanying teacher. Fotocopies of each player's Student Card/Kartu Pelajar must be submitted to the committee.
• Each player must be registered to the school that is participating, and aged not more than 18 years old.
• There will be 5 players on the court at any given time.
• The matches will directly proceed to a knockout stage, with teams drawn during the technical meeting.
• The games will be played with 4 quarters, with each quarter’s duration being 10 minutes, with a total game time of 40 minutes. In between each quarter will be a 1 minute break.
• Each team must wear matching uniforms for all players, except the goalkeeper. In the event that a team does not have uniforms, the committee will provide bibs.
• All rules from FIBA will be implemented and enforced by referees from Perbasi.
• The final match will use stop time.
• The First, Second, Third place finishers, along with the MVP will be awarded a trophy along with a cash prize.

• Sekolah harus membayar biaya pendaftaran sebesar Rp. 400.000 agar diakui sebagai peserta dalam turnamen Bola Basket SCB CUP, serta tambahan biaya walkout sebesar Rp 100.000.
• Akan ada tiga kategori turnamen;
• Bola Basket SMP
• Bola Basket SMA
• Sekolah wajib menyerahkan tim berisi minimal 8 pemain dan maksimal 10 pemain dengan 1 pelatih dan 1 guru pendamping, fotokopi Kartu Pelajar wajib diserahkan.
• Semua pemain harus terdaftar di sekolah yang berpartisipasi dan berusia maksimal 18 tahun.
• Pertandingan akan langsung menuju babak sistem gugur, dengan tim diundi pada pertemuan teknis.
• Permainan akan dimainkan dengan empat kuarter, masing-masing berdurasi 10 menit, sehingga total waktu permainan adalah 40 menit. Terdapat jeda istirahat selama 5 menit di antara setiap kuarter.
• Akan ada 5 pemain dari setiap tim di lapangan pada waktu tertentu.
• Semua peraturan FIBA diterapkan dan ditegakkan oleh wasit dari Perbasi.
• Pertandingan final akan menggunakan waktu bersih.
• Pemenang Pertama, Kedua dan Ketiga akan diberi piala serta hadiah uang tunai, begitu juga dengan MVP untuk kedua kategori putra dan putri.
